Who we are
Ninth House Growth Partners is operated by Lyrion Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales. Our website is 9thpoint.com. You can contact us at hello@9thpoint.com.
We are the data controller for information collected through this website.
What we collect and why
We collect the following categories of information:
Analytics data (only with your consent)
- Pages you visit and how long you spend on them
- The country you are browsing from (not your precise location)
- The device type, browser and operating system you use
- Events such as clicking a payment link or opening a journal article
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect this data. GA4 uses first-party cookies to persist session information. We have configured GA4 with IP anonymisation enabled. We use this data only to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not use it for advertising.
Messages you send us
If you contact us via the concierge chat, the WhatsApp line, or by email, we receive your message and any contact details you choose to share. We use these only to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list without your explicit agreement.
Information you provide for a Visitor Pass
If you request a Visitor Pass inside the Tower experience on the homepage, we collect your first name and email address. This is passed to our concierge desk so we can follow up. We do not share it further.
Legal basis for processing
- Analytics cookies: your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and PECR Regulation 6)
- Enquiry messages: legitimate interests (responding to a direct request)
- Visitor Pass details: your explicit provision of those details for that purpose

We do not set advertising, retargeting or social media tracking cookies.
You can withdraw consent at any time by reloading the page after clearing your browser's site data for 9thpoint.com, or by using your browser's built-in cookie controls.
